Cabana WineryPinot Noir

90 Points from Wine Enthusiast

A plum color, with a bouquet of aromas, black cherries, black currant, a silky texture with refined tannins. A charming and accessible wine. The layers of ripe fruit and soft tannins, give your mouth a plush feel. Good balance with a dash of acidity for a soft finish. Very French style, elegant and easy drinking.

Cabana WineryCabernet Sauvignon

A beautiful dark ruby color, and wonderful spicy aromas fill the senses. A lovely mid- pallet of lush blackberry with hints of mocha. A well-balanced wine with nice oak structure, and smooth as silk finish. A nice sipping wine that will only improve with age. Pairs well with grilled meats, firm cheeses.

Cabana WinerySauvignon Blanc

A light gold color with fresh Meyer lemon aromas, with just a touch of lemongrass makes this a flavorful wine. The middle palate is soft and supple with just hints of green apple and citrus flavors. A crisp and a smooth finish. No need to go to New Zealand for great Sauvignon Blanc.
