FRANCIACORTA DOCG SATEN
This wine enhances both the Chardonnay variety grape and the “Traditional method” of producing sparkling wine. It is the result of a manual harvest and an aging period on the lees of more than 30 months. That is why it is elegant, persistent but never intrusive on the palate.

On the palate, it is fresh, complex, and intense, with a long and pleasant finish. The flavors are dominated by red fruits, including wild strawberry and other nuances.

Fresh citrus, white flowers, wet stone minerality, and subtle hints of fruit and toasted notes from the lees aging. Fresh, clean, with vibrant acidity, a silky structure, and a long, savory finish.
