The harvest is manual, the fermentation is spontaneous, and it is carried out with indigenous yeasts. The wines are elaborated following the most traditional processes and handmade methods and are aged in oak barrels.
MALCARACTER is a clear example of how Tempranillo can be articulated in Ribera del Duero, without airs and graces. It is a tribute to the unknown Castilian winegrower of centuries past and to his character, which is something we are proud of in this project.

Cherry red color with violet rims. In the nose is powerful and spicy with black fruit & candied fruit aromas. Very well-balance, good structure with a mature fruit end.
MALCARACTERLIMITED
Deep ruby in colour with big legs. Black fruit with some spices. Soft mouth feel like plums, very smooth and balanced.
