Shaped over time, our vineyard is made up of more than a third of hundred-year-old vines on thirty-four hectares (soon to be thirty-nine) of clay-limestone soil staged in terraces of dry stones, essentially made up of the king grape variety of the Appellation. Bandol : the Mourvèdre.
Our family estate produces certified organic wines only, hand-picked (without chemicals, weedkillers, neither systemics nor penetrants) and bottled at the winery.
The commitment of Domaine Ray-Jane in its agriculuture methods is certified by the “Organic Agriculture” label by Ecocert.

Pale rosé color with a copper hue, pure aromas of citrus, grape, floral hints, and herbal notes, and a crisp palate with a medium-long finish.

Citrus, ripe stone fruit, saline notes, honey, and Meyer lemon.
Body: Elegant with a fruity nose and a long finish.
