Cantina Di Prisco
Campania, Italy
Over the years, the Di Prisco winery has changed its winemaking style for both whites and reds. In fact, the reds that were previously aged in barriques now only make large barrels, while the whites, being from the hills, are aged for at least two years in such a way as to further enhance their structure and the peculiar characteristics that these lands give us.
The aim was to give an identity to all the wines, in fact today they only make wine from a single vineyard, highlighting the greatness and importance of a rich and diverse territory that at the same time gives quality and singular characteristics to all the wines.
